Adam Holtby
Adam is responsible for researching and developing Ovum’s research on IT service management within the IT Solutions team. He has a keen interest in the applicability of IT service management to most enterprise organizations, given the criticality of IT to modern operations.
Prior to joining Ovum, Adam gained experience in the IT industry as a service desk analyst for an IT and telecommunications provider. He was part of a team responsible for the support of over 1,200 internal employees using a wide variety of systems, giving Adam an excellent grounding in the service desk requirements of IT service management software and the business benefits that can be gained from effective deployment and use of this software.
Adam is ITIL V3 qualified and is also certified through the Service Desk Institute.
