Luca Schiavoni is an Associate Analyst for Ovum’s regulatory advisory service. He is responsible for benchmarking interconnection and tracking regulatory developments across countries.

Luca joined Ovum after obtaining an MSc in Communications Regulation and Policy from the London School of Economics, which followed a Political Science degree awarded in Italy.

During his academic career he produced independent pieces of research in some of his areas of interest, which include issues such as net neutrality and Internet traffic management regulation, digitisation of broadcasting, and development of next-generation networks.
