Mark Little is Principal Analyst in Ovum’s Consumer Services team, covering the monetization of consumer services, digital media, advertising, and personal data privacy. Mark has developed a deep understanding of the integrating telecoms and Internet sectors in support of his consultancy work for and about the over-the-top (OTT) services sector. Consultancy projects have included work with telecoms network operators, VoIP service providers, software giants, music labels, and games developers. A specific focus on consumer services strategy, business model evaluation, scenario planning, and the impact of personal data privacy across his coverage areas has helped bring real and practical insights for a broad range of consultancy engagements.

Mark is an experienced analyst and consultant with an industry background leading sales and marketing teams. Having worked with digital media start-ups and developers of multimedia download platforms, Mark brings client-side experience in online media, content acquisition and delivery, and e-commerce.  Previous companies include EUK Digital, where he worked with Real Networks to develop an E2E multimedia digital delivery platform.

Mark has an MBA from Kingston Business School, and is a regular contributor in the media, appearing on television and being quoted regularly in the newspapers and online technology press globally.
