USER REGISTRATION

   My Client Company name or Master Password is not recognised

   I can't get beyond the Sign Up page

USER LOGIN

   My username or password was not recognised

My Client Company name or Master Password is not recognised:

Problem - I cannot register using the Client Company Name and Master password - the following message is displayed:

The Client Name and Master Password combination you have entered has not been recognised. Please enter your Client Name and password again.

Action - Check you have entered the Client Company Name and Master Password exactly as it is in the email, with the same spaces and capitalisation.You may find it easier to copy and paste the details from the email into the relevant boxes on the Sign Up page.

I can't get beyond the Sign Up page:

Problem - When I enter the Client Company Name and Master Password and press continue I am returned to the same Sign Up page.

Action - Your browser's cache may be interfering with the registration process:

For Internet Explorer users:

  • go to View, Internet Options (IE4.x) or Tools, Internet Options (IE5.x).
  • Click the General tab. Under Temporary Internet files, click the Delete Files button. Leave the Delete all subscription content checkbox checked.

For Netscape users

  • Go to Edit, Preferences. Click the Advanced folder in the left-hand directory and click Cache.
  • Click the Clear Memory Cache and Clear Disk Cache buttons.

My username or password was not recognised:

Problem - I cannot login using the username and password I have been sent by Ovum - the following message is displayed:

The Username and Password combination you have entered has not been recognised.
Please enter your Username and Password again.

Action - Check you have entered your designated Username and Password exactly as it is in your confirmation email, with the same spaces and capitalisation. You may find it easier to copy and paste the details from the email into the relevant boxes in the Sign In page.
